Creates concentric circle, parallel lines and parallel curves.
Home tab > Modify panel > Offset
Select object, then specify on side: inside or outside, top or bottom, left or right.
Multiple Option
Continue offset with the same distance without select object
Through Option
Offset through a specify point
Layer Option
Offset object created on the current layer instead of source layer
