Working Environment
Start tab
Start tab allow you to start a new drawing, open an existing drawing file, open a recently open drawing file, or sign-in to Autodesk 360
Quick Access Toolbar
This is the only toolbar in AutoCAd 2016
You can access the common commands, like New, Open, Save, Save As, Plot, Undo, Redo.

Typing command UN for units
Open Drawing
Quick Access Toolbar - Open
New Drawing

Select template acadiso for the metric drawing
Save drawing in Lower Version
Quick Access Toolbar - Save As
Select the version to saved
Regenerate Drawing
Sometime you may not be able to zoom or pan the the drawing
Typing the command "RE" to regenerate the drawing
If the circle, arc or ellipse not appear smooth in the drawing, you can REGEN it to make it smooth.

Line
Create a series of contiguous line segments
Each segment is a line object that can be edited separately

Arcs are drawn in a counterclockwise direction by default
Hold down Ctrl key as you drag to drawn in a clockwise direction

Object snap provide a way to specify precise locations

Select the object snaps which are not override each other

Override the running object snap and snap for the next point only

Specify Polar Distances
Restricts cursor movement to incremental distances along polar tracking angle
